Alumni are joined by students, faculty and friends
at NAVC reception

The college hosted its annual alumni reception at the North American Veterinary Conference on Sunday, Jan. 16. Here are a few photos from that gathering, which drew more than 300 people. Attendees saw a video of the new Small Animal Hospital, which included a special tribute to Dr. Colin Burrows, chairman of the college’s department of small animal clinical sciences and former SAH chief of staff. Burrows played a key role in the opening of the new hospital, and was recognized because he plans to retire from UF later this year and this was the last time he would be at the NAVC reception in his capacity as department chairman.
