  • Dr. Dana Zimmel’s appointment as the college’s seventh permanent dean was covered by WCJB-TV,  Watt AgNet, The Alachua Chronicle, The Business Report, WUFT.org. and FVMA.org.
  • Dr. Cynda Crawford’s involvement in an infectious disease protocol with the City of Houston’s Animal Shelter and Adoption Center was mentioned in a press release from the Houston mayor’s office.
  • Dr. Cynda Crawford was quoted or appeared in several articles relating to a canine influenza outbreak in Palm Beach County, including in the Palm Beach Post, WPTV-TV and WFLX.com.
  • Parts of a video produced by UF Health on Equine Anhidrosis, focusing on the collaborative research of Dr. Sally DeNotta and Dr. Samantha Brooks, was used to accompany a new IFAS story relating to the disease and featured on WCJB-TV.
