Researcher’s work in limelight with star’s revelation

Dr. Cuong Nguyen holds a microchip capable of storing thousands of individual cells, which are profiled through a technique called microengraving. Nguyen hopes his gene therapy research into Sjogren’s syndrome, a disease tennis star Venus Williams recently revealed she had, will one day lead to better treatments for people affected by it.
